Delivery InformationSubject to availability we endeavour to get all goods delivered to you within 3 -5 working days. In fact many of our Business machines (Shredders, Laminators etc) are delivered within 24 hours subject to stock availability. Some Furniture items are made to order, large, Heavy or hand finished these products can take up to 10-15 days. Please see product description for any different delivery schedules. Products are despatched directly from regional distribution centres or directly from the manufacturers, therefore orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time. All products are priced for mainland UK only and exclude a delivery charge of £4.99 and VAT (17.5%) for all orders over £15 and £5.99 + vat for orders under £15.00 which is entered at the order process stage. This delivery charge applies to the order and not the number of products, i.e. if your order contains multiple products and is over £15.00 + vat you will only be charged a Total of £4.99 + vat delivery. For health and safety reasons all orders are charged to ground floor. If you have any special requirements we are pleased to quote you.
For all non-mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and The Western Isles etc, we can quote you a price and availability
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery.
Whilst our Filing Cabinet ranges are delivered assembled some items may be supplied flat packed for safe delivery and easy access, these are easy to assemble and keep costs very low. If you wish to enquire about our assembly / installation service please contact us on 01355 236117
